This report examines how residential programs for sex trafficking survivors in the United States address the often-neglected dental and medical needs of their residents. Based on a 2024 survey of 52 shelter leaders across 29 states, the report establishes a baseline for current practices, identifies systemic barriers to care, and offers strategies for improving health outcomes.
