The National Practices Survey Report (2017) represents the first major effort to establish a baseline of operational standards for residential programs serving survivors of domestic human trafficking in the United States. Based on data from 58 agencies across 20 states, the report highlights the realities of a “young field” where most agencies are small, independent nonprofits with less than six years of specialized experience.
