Published in January 2024 by the Institute for Shelter Care, this report provides a critical analysis of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) frameworks through the lens of a Biblical worldview. The report’s primary thesis is that contemporary DEI policies are socially constructed conceptual frameworks rooted in Critical Theory and Marxist principles, which it argues are fundamentally incompatible with Christian faith and the mission of faith-based trafficking shelters.
