Published in the Criminal Justice Review (2022), this study examines the prevalence, characteristics, and systemic challenges of family-facilitated sex trafficking of minors in the United States. While public awareness often focuses on “outsider” predators, this report highlights the reality of traffickers residing within the victim’s own home.
