The Rapid Referral Summary report (2019) details the results of the inaugural year of the “Rapid Referral” system. Created in partnership with the National Trafficking Sheltered Alliance (NTSA), this system was designed to solve a persistent bottleneck in the anti-trafficking field: the days-long, manual process law enforcement and social workers face when trying to find available shelter beds for survivors.
